Good Eats
There are a variety of food options at The Association. The food counters on the Eastern Wall now serve espresso drinks, snacks, ice cream and other food items seven days a week. We are also pleased to welcome a variety of other food vendors to the Historic Potato Growers Building. We hope you will gather to enjoy the high-quality offerings for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or a snack alongside libations from the bar. You will find food vendors both inside the building and food trucks stationed outside in the parking lot. We have provided links to the vendors' websites and/or social media here and we try to keep this as up-to-date as possible, but please keep in mind we are separate businesses and bar staff cannot answer questions about menu offerings, open hours, ordering, and so on.

Ice Cream
We proudly serve Brown Chicken Brown Cow Ice Cream. This delicious no-churn ice cream is made in Ouray from the finest ingredients. Their mission is to bring happiness and joy to their customers through this rich creamy treat, and we couldn't be happier to get on board with that. Visit the food counter on the east wall to check out what flavors we have in stock and grab a cup of this decedent dessert today.
Ice cream is available all week whenever the building is open.
Food Options
We are excited to be able to offer food seven days a week for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Our expanded food offerings include baked potatoes, brats, snacks, breakfast burritos, and more. Catering and pre-purchased options are available. If you plan on having a gathering at The Association and would like to pre-order for your group, email sarah@theassociationmontrose.com, ensure you provide the date and number of guests.
Sushi On The Roll
Sushi On The Roll is back!
Fresh authentic sushi made by Imam Nawawi. His menu includes sashimi, nigiri, and rolls. You'll remember this vendor from his days at Storm King Distilling Company right next door, now he's located inside the Potato Growers Building. Imam crafts the freshest and best sushi on the western slope. You can even grab a chair at his counter and get a front row seat to watch the master work.

Pat Thai Food
You'll be familiar with the great cooking at Pat Thai if you ever visited Aila Thai Kitchen! This is the same great chef, same service, just a new truck and name! Their delightful menu of authentic Thai cuisine, includes Pad Thai Noodle, Red Curry, Tom Yum Goong and more! Order online for take-out or delivery, or grab food and come and enjoy to ambience inside the Historic Potato Growers Building.
